These include: reinforced concrete and stone Seawalls; Stone Revetments; stone and concrete Jetties; accessory projects such as stone Decks and, now, we have expanded to include Dock design/build with a barge and crane. Project site locations range from direct ocean waterfront to inland lakes and rivers spanning eastern New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. OCC, a licensed firm, designs and builds for new construction, renovation and repair. OCC is noted for their work on historical and specialized sites. Regardless of the project type and location, the one common denominator is: erosion. Controlling erosion is paramount. We know what it can do, what it will do and what we can do to arrest it.
